I want to take this time to thank Caren McCourt of McCourt Property Management for the great job she has done for us.

We were living in Nebraska when we first bought six duplexes in Midland.  There was a manager when we bought, but things went from bad to worse.  He was letting things go and the renters were way behind on their rent.  We knew we needed to do something because we weren't going to be able to get moved down to Midland for a few months.  We asked the realtor we had worked with on the duplexes for someone she might know of to manage them.  She gave us Caren's name and said she was very good.

She has managed them for almost a year and has been such a lifesaver.  She has gotten them turned around for us.  She is very nice and kind to all the renters when they do what they are supposed to do, but she can be tough when they don't.  She lets them know what is expected of them and stands behind what she says.  She knows the laws about property management and keeps current on them.
